These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Direct Solar LLC (doing business as "Direct Solar Pros," "DSP," "we," "us") at directsolarpro.com (the "Site"). Subdomains and authorized-user platforms operated by DSP are governed by their own separate terms, which authorized users accept when they are granted access.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

The Site is open to the general public. Anyone may browse our public pages, read our published policies, and use our chat widget to contact us with questions or inquiries.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site, including through the chat widget.

2. Chat widget & contact channels

The Site provides a chat widget through which you may voluntarily submit your name, email, and phone number to initiate an inquiry with us. By submitting that information you agree to be contacted by Direct Solar LLC in response to your inquiry, including by SMS text message if you provided a mobile phone number and consented to SMS communications.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or rate limits on the Site
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to us through the chat widget or any other channel
Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written authorization
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm us or any third party

4. Intellectual property

The Direct Solar Pros brand, the Direct Solar LLC name, logos, marketing copy, photography, and all original content on the Site are the property of Direct Solar LLC. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Direct Solar LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Public pages on directsolarpro.com are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contract, offer, or binding commitment unless explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Direct Solar LLC.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Solar LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period will not exceed $100.

7. Termination

Direct Solar LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at admin@directsolarpro.com.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version is always available at directsolarpro.com/terms.html. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
